Cup of Frozen Pineapple
Cup of Frozen Mangos
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
Cup of Soy, Almond or Regular Milk
Mix everything together in a blender and enjoy!
