I am a firm believer of a morning routine. Not just any morning routine but one with purpose and one you stick with.
When is the last time you had a morning routine that made you feel good?
When is the last time you had enough time for yourself in the morning, you didn’t feel like you were always in a rush?
Creating a morning routine is something that not only helps you feel better but it cuts down on all the chaos. And for me, it has cut down on all the stress I usually feel in the morning.
